It is ideal for single-acting sealing of reciprocating piston rods or pistons with a wide operating pressure range of up to 20 MPa. The operating temperature range is also wide from -200°C to + 250°C. It has a diameters range from 3 mm to 1600 mm and a working speed of 5 m/s. The seal has a low coefficient of friction and the friction between the contact faces is minimal among all seal types. Moreover, the contact pressure between the mating surfaces is low. Penetration leakage: Since most of the soft materials are made of fibers, they are easily soaked by the medium, especially the pressure. Due to capillary phenomenon, the medium will permeate to the low pressure side, forming permeation.

Construction machinery sealing system requirements: High and low temperature resistance Because of continuous work for a long time, if it is outdoors in summer, the hydraulic oil temperature of the machine may exceed 100°C, which requires the seal to be resistant to high temperature. If it is outdoors in winter, the temperature may be around -40°C when it is just turned on, and the seals are required to be resistant to low temperatures. Therefore, the sealing system is required to withstand a wide temperature range. The machine itself walks. Due to the limitation of volume and weight, the hydraulic oil tank is generally relatively small.
